Kai Gaynor
Kai Gaynor (she/her/they) is a Colorado Springs-based visual artist focused on creating arts-based events that celebrate culture, connection, and inclusivity. Believing in the transformative power of the arts, Kai seeks ways to support BIPOC and Queer communities in their city through arts and community events. Kai works as an art instructor and community liaison for Concrete Couch, as well as is currently contracted as an oral historian for a project lead by Food to Power and Colorado College. She just wrapped up the “Emerging Arts Leader” program this year with the Bee Vradenburg Foundation and continues to serve the Colorado Springs art community under her board work at the Pikes Peak Arts Council, as the President and Head of Events.
